Job summary

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fresh, appealing produce displays by front-facing, stocking, rotating, and checking codes.
• Assist Team Leader with displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to buyers and team leaders.
• Complete spoilage, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assist with periodic inventory checks.
• Provide excellent customer service and use suggestive selling techniques.
• Ensure accurate signs and pricing; follow hygiene and safety procedures.
• Report safety hazards immediately.
• Perform duties as assigned by leadership.
