Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh and appealing displays by front-facing, stocking, rotating, and checking codes.
• Assists with organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Prevents spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and supervisors.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Participates in periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and prepared for all shifts; attends trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintains clean and sanitary working and shopping environment; keeps equipment clean.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; checks pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
