Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a motivated team member to support stocking, merchandising and customer service in a fast-paced grocery environment. The role emphasizes quality display, accurate pricing, and timely assistance to customers.

You will work with team leaders to organize seasonal items, follow health/safety rules, and uphold store standards while delivering excellent service and engaging customers with product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Keeps cases and shelves clean and stocked; checks codes and rotates products.
• Assists Team Leader in organizing seasonal items.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and supervisors.
• Completes required worksheets and participates in inventory checks.
• Provides excellent customer service and answers phones courteously.
• Preps, stores, rotates and merchandises products to maximize sales.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintains clean, safe work and shopping environments.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and pricing checks.
• Reports safety hazards immediately.
