Job summary

Heinen’s Inc. in Shaker Heights is hiring a part-time Produce Associate to join our neighborhood market team. You will learn the department, assist customers, and keep displays attractive and stocked.

Shifts start as early as 6am and run until 9pm, with 14–29 hours per week. The role requires physical work, reliability, and a customer‑first mindset in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently to achieve daily tasks.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be willing to lift up to 50 lbs and work in 0–50°F environments.
• Must be available for non-traditional five-day schedules, including weekends.

• Must be willing to work the number of hours required to meet company objectives, with the understanding that occasionally business needs will require additional time.
• Must be willing to work the non-traditional five-day work schedule, including Saturday, Sunday and evenings.
