What you'll do

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering any questions they may have.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
• Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner.
• Maintain inventory to prevent out-of-stock and over-stock products.

In addition, you will:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of produce products and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
• Communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service.
• Be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas, track goods, maintain in‑stock levels, and control shrinkage in a timely manner.
• Understand processes and specifications related to produce quality (taste, preparation method, seasonality).
• Prepare produce according to established standards (trim, crisp, package, scale).
• Maintain product safety and follow company sanitation guidelines.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Use handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality.
• Utilize perpetual inventory management techniques, rotate department products, ensure quality and date control standards, and eliminate waste.
• Guide peers and attend to customer needs.
• Advocate for the department and the club by modeling high‑quality service and products.
