Education & Compensation
Live Better U is a company‑paid education benefit program for full‑time and part‑time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor’s degrees, including English Language Learning and short‑form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are paid by Walmart.
Hourly wage range: $18.00 to $26.00 per hour (actual hourly rate equals or exceeds minimum wage). Additional compensation may include premiums up to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.
