Job summary

Harps is seeking a Produce Clerk to support department operations, merchandising, and safety. You will assist with staffing, pricing, inventory prep, and maintaining clean, compliant workspaces while delivering friendly, helpful service to customers.

Responsibilities include replenishment, display maintenance, and assisting with fresh foods. Candidates should be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED if possible, and be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions.
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Support produce department operations including department readiness, staffing, and price maintenance.
• Handle inventory preparation, department cleanliness, and safe use of equipment and tools.
• Maintain merchandising standards, stocking, displays, signing and sampling.
• Assist with fresh food preparation and production in compliance with food safety standards.
• Deliver strong customer service and help customers follow SMILE Program guidelines.
