Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Food Clerk to deliver exceptional customer service, sharing product knowledge and assisting customers across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery. You will help maintain fresh displays and support store operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will engage with customers daily, learn store technology, and follow safety standards while lifting and standing for extended periods. Prior retail or food service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming store experience in Fresh departments.
• Maintain full, fresh, visually appealing product displays.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Support other tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
