About this role

Our Technical Writers create and revise documents such as Installation Instructions, Service Manuals, Product Data Sheets, and Price Pages. Candidates for this position must possess a passion for problem-solving and the desire to understand and find solutions for issues that may exist. Through process mapping and data collection, you will help our team find better solutions for intaking, organizing, and sharing information with internal cross-functional teams as well as our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and test our current processes to find new solutions to streamline communication and data collection.
• Analyze and evaluate our DMS system to find inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to pinpoint issues that impede workflow.
• Evaluate existing Technical Literature SharePoint sight to map plans for future improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
• 3.0 or higher GPA
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of refrigeration products (preferred but not required)
• Ability to solve challenging and complex problems
• Prior experience with Adobe FrameMaker (preferred but not required)
• Experience with SharePoint
