Your job responsibilities as a Process Expert would include:
- Proactively monitor internal and external data sources to identify, investigate, and action potentially unsafe products before our customers are harmed.
- Serve as a designated specialist within the Regulatory, Intelligence, Safety, and Compliance (RISC) area, acting as a point of contact and process expert for colleagues.
- Coordinate and implement all areas of the RISC Program in collaboration with the Program Team.
- Work with Amazon’s Compliance team to execute strategy, seek automation opportunities, and leverage technologies.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external partners (operations, technical, and program teams) throughout the RISC process.
- Partner with key stakeholders to define, identify, and influence the development of new initiatives within the RISC Compliance Program.
- Create best practices by proposing improvement ideas.
- Collaborate with Amazon’s internal technology teams to support the development of scalable, creative, and best-in-class business processes.
- Leverage data to continuously improve Product Compliance at Amazon.

- Familiarity with SQL.
- Prior experience in people management as a team lead is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic skills/qualification:
- Proficiency in Outlook and MS Excel is advantageous.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team, aligned with core values and a dynamic culture.
