FlatironDragados is seeking a detail-oriented Buyer to support purchasing operations by negotiating with vendors, gathering quotes, and facilitating product purchases. You will work closely with the Procurement Manager to ensure smooth procurement processes and accurate records of orders and payments.

The role offers growth within an expanding supply chain team. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and strong communication and organizational skills.

Competenze

• High school diploma / GED required.
• Related experience preferred.
• Communication and organization skills required.

Mansioni

• Calls vendors to gather quotes for identified products and materials, at the direction of the Procurement Manager.
• Records goods ordered and received; assists with accounts payable reconciliation.
• Facilitates purchases with vendors at the direction of the Procurement Manager.
• Prepares reports and correspondence as needed.
