Job summary

Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Inc. is seeking a Group Leader, Direct Procurement to provide day-to-day leadership for a team of Procurement Buyers focused on direct procurement of materials, parts, equipment, and services, at minimal cost while meeting quality standards.

You will supervise up to 60 suppliers, conduct evaluations, enforce policies, coach staff, and drive cost-reduction initiatives. A bachelor's degree with leadership experience in procurement is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in supply chain, finance or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Leadership experience demonstrated; ability to guide teams and projects.
• Strong procurement knowledge including supplier evaluation and cost optimization.

• Supervise and guide procurement buyers and staff, overseeing up to 60 suppliers.
