Job summary

Gas Turbine Efficiency is seeking a Procurement Team Lead to oversee the timely, cost-efficient acquisition of materials and services for manufacturing operations and customer projects. You will coordinate sourcing, PO execution, and supplier performance while mentoring the procurement team.

You will act as a liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders, balancing hands-on procurement with leadership responsibilities in an ERP-driven environment, including data management and process

Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or energy environment.
• Experience sourcing fabricated components, machined parts, electrical equipment, or industrial materials.
• Strong supplier management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.
• Experience working in an ERP-driven manufacturing environment; Epicor experience is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
• Prior leadership, mentoring, or team coordination experience preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred.
