Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret demand requirements to guide procurement decisions.
• Supervise end-to-end purchasing process.
• Maintain department metrics and KPIs.
• Assess risks to the supply chain and present mitigation options to senior management.
• Lead procurement projects with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address purchasing needs and improve material availability.
• Supervise a team of buyers and adapt in a startup-minded environment.
