Job summary

Newport News Shipbuilding, a division of HII, is seeking a procurement professional to purchase a high volume and variety of materials and services. You will evaluate bids, select suppliers, and negotiate price, delivery, quality and service, following up on awards until the order is completed.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant exempt experience (Master's with 1 year) or equivalent substitutions. Knowledge of procurement contracting methods is a plus.
