Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Procurement & Submittals Manager to support PAC sourcing for power and cooling in AWS data centers. You will handle RFQ creation, PO change control, and supplier qualification, while coordinating with internal stakeholders to drive change and deliver on time.

You will develop KPIs, monitor supplier performance, and manage risks in a fast-paced environment across global teams. Travel ~5% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations experience.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python.

Responsibilities

• Generate RFQ according to forecasted demand.
• Manage end-to-end PO change management process.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive change management.
• Develop KPI's and track progress against goals.
• Track supplier drawing and specification approval lifecycle.
