CVS Health is seeking a results-driven Manager to join Enterprise Procurement - Subcontractor Compliance & Risk (SCR). In this role, you will advance SCR's mandate to satisfy client contractual requirements with third-party subcontracted vendors in direct support of the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a corporate environment with focus on vendor management, compliance/risk, contracting, and negotiation.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for subcontracted vendor matters and provide guidance on vendor questions and issue resolution.
• Lead cross-functional intake and update stakeholders on progress, risks, and resolution paths.
• Collaborate with PBM owners to identify, onboard, and track subcontracted vendors critical to PBM operations.
• Develop and distribute client-specific subcontracted vendor lists ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Engage with clients on subcontracted vendor services, obligations, and delivery expectations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contract documents to reflect PBM client requirements and flow-down obligations.
