Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management consulting experience supporting procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; MBA preferred.
• Experience in Spend Optimization and working with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and develop project plans for cost optimization initiatives.
• Manage project resources and coordinate with SMEs inside and outside the firm.
• Develop cost reduction strategies and present recommendations to executives.
• Build consensus among client stakeholders and maintain client relationships.
• Mentor consulting resources and support client sales origination.
• Assess expenditures and identify targets to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Drive strategic sourcing and procurement reengineering initiatives.
