The role requires 8-10 years of experience or equivalent, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a high‑volume, regulated environment.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree and 8-10 years' experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsabilités

  • Oversees procurement and purchasing operations and drives strategy to meet organizational requirements for quality, volume, availability, and pricing.
  • Cultivates strategic supplier relationships, negotiates contracts, and monitors performance, risk, and demand disruptions.
  • Collaborates with other functions to define current and future inventory requirements and manage inventory levels.
  • Implements processes and systems and utilizes tools to analyze data and increase responsiveness to material demands.
  • Evaluates proposals/quotes based on quality, cost, and other criteria and recommends suppliers.
  • Drives compliance for all procurement activities with internal policies and external regulations.

Essential Functions

  • Evaluates proposals/quotes based on offering quality, cost, or other criteria and recommends suppliers that are best suited to meet the organization's requirements.
  • Drives compliance for all procurement activities with internal policies and external regulations.
Required Qualifications
  • Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 8-10 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
  • Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree
  • Discipline/Major: Business, Supply Chain Management or related degree
  • Knowledge, skills & abilities: Leadership skills. Decision-making skills. Oral and written communication skills. Analytical thinking skills. Detail oriented. Ability to meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
  • Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
