Job summary

Aro Homes in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Procurement Specialist to own day-to-day procurement within the Materials Department, managing ERP data in NetSuite and ensuring timely purchasing with internal stakeholders. You will build strong supplier partnerships and drive inventory replenishment to support production schedules.

You will be 100% onsite at the Manufacturing Plant, collaborating with Operations, Design, and Site teams while driving efficiency and quality in all procurement activities.

• 2+ years of procurement experience and supply chain awareness.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily purchase orders, order confirmations, and supplier follow-ups.
• Maintain ERP data in NetSuite for orders, lead times, pricing, and delivery status.
• Monitor inventory levels and trigger reorders based on thresholds.
• Expedite and resolve late deliveries, shortages, or quality issues.
• Support vendor onboarding, compliance checks, and documentation.
• Generate routine reports and procurement dashboards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Plant, Design, and Site teams to ensure material availability.
• Act as first contact for tactical procurement issues.
• Communicate procurement status and risks to stakeholders.
• Ensure materials meet project specs and regulatory requirements.
