Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Works with NYS OGS on mini bid and contracts.
• Assists end users with procuring through NYS.
• Reviews and documents procedures for the department.
• Tracks purchase orders and resolves issues.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Proficiency with basic computer programs including MS Office

Ability to read and interpret data

Excellent time-management & organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience in NYS contract and procedure

Education
