Acquire goods and services for the crime laboratory using the Ariba eProcurement purchasing system.
Maintain thorough and detailed documentation to support purchases.
Utilize approved guidelines, procedures, and software (Procurement Manual, eProcurement, NCFS, etc.).
Provide administrative support to the crime laboratory and DOJ Financial Services staff to draft procurement and contract documents.
Communicate effectively with internal staff and external vendors to gather specifications, obtain quotes and required documents.
Provide good customer services when interacting with internal and external customers.
