Job summary

As our new Procurement Specialist, you will support industrial engineering, Engineering, Procurement, & Construction (EPC), and EPCM projects as part of our Project Resources Team. This position may be considered as a hybrid role with occasional project travel, supporting the project managers, engineers, construction managers, and other project teammembers.

As a Procurement Specialist, you will support the full procurement lifecycle for equipment, materials, and subcontracted services, including:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience supporting procurement activities on EPC, EPCM, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience preparing and administering competitive bid packages.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Scanmarket, Supplhi, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of procurement planning, supplier qualification, bid evaluations, and contract administration.
• Experience supporting large capital projects and construction procurement activities.

Salary Transparency Statement

• At Ramboll, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation practices that support our people and our purpose of creating sustainable societies. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $82,029 to $102,536 per year. This range reflects the compensation we reasonably expect to offer at the time of posting. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and internal equity. Because we operate across multiple U.S. markets, pay may differ depending on the cost of labor in specific locations. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for bonus, overtime or other forms of compensation and we offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports well-being, professional development, and work-life balance.
