Job summary

DuPont is seeking a Global Sourcing & Logistics Service Center professional to process Sourcing & Procurement requests across regions. You will support buyers and businesses, maintain pricing and contracts, and help resolve invoicing issues while aligning with our Core values.

The role requires BCom/BBA graduates (2022 or 2023), strong communication and analytical skills, and willingness to work night shifts with company transport provided.

Qualifications

• BCom or BBA graduates (class of 2022 or 2023)
• Interest and awareness in procurement and supply chain in BPO/ITES preferred
• Good awareness of PR to PO process preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Willingness to work night shifts (6:30 PM–3:30 AM); company transport provided

Responsibilities

• Maintain purchasing systems reflecting current pricing and contract terms
• Resolve invoicing disputes and exception notices
• Resolve basic supply problems and escalate as needed
• Place spot orders and prepare draft purchase contracts
• Provide administration and reporting support from DuPont systems
• Collaborate with regional and global buying teams for portfolio management and savings

Role Definition

The candidate will join the Global Sourcing & Logistics Service Center organization and will be responsible for processing Sourcing & Procurement requests for a certain commodity / commodities across various regions. The role includes providing Sourcing & Procurement support to the buyers & businesses across the regions. The role will be performed within the frame of DuPont's Core values.

Responsibilities

• Maintains purchasing systems, ensuring they reflect current pricing and contract terms.
• Resolves exception notices and other invoicing disputes.
• Resolves basic supply problems and escalates as appropriate.
• Places spot orders.
• May prepare draft purchase contracts from established formats.
• Administration and reporting as necessary (from DuPont systems and external sources).
• Liaise with regional and global buying teams, providing information & analytical support in alignment with their goals on portfolio management and savings.

Qualifications

• Education Requirement: BCom / BBA Graduates with passing year 2023 and 2022.
• Interest & Good Awareness in Procurement and Supply Chain in BPO/ITES Industry is preferred.
• Good Awareness of PR to PO process is preferred.
