The Procurement Specialist 2 position with the Department of Human Services involves developing, analyzing, and improving procurement documents and processes that support key programs across Pennsylvania. Key qualifications

• One year of experience as a Procurement Specialist 1 or equivalent Federal Government job title
• One year of professional experience performing contract management work plus a bachelors degree in business, supply chain, logistics, project, or operations management or related field
• Strong attention to detail and expertise in procurement policy development and analysis
• Ability to oversee RFP and RFQ processes and develop evaluation criteria
• PA residency requirement
