Quality Tank Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced, full-time Procurement Specialist to join our Oconomowoc, Wisconsin team. The ideal candidate will be schedule driven, highly organized, and a relationship builder with a purchasing background.

Responsibilities include creating purchase orders, cycle counting, expediting materials, and developing an inventory strategy to support our supply chain while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience with a purchasing background.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, VLOOKUP).
• Professional demeanor with strong time-management skills.
• Inventory data management experience.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a team.

Quality Tank Solutions (QTS) is seeking experienced, full-time Procurement Specialist to join our teams in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will be schedule driven with savvy negotiation skills, be highly organized, a relationship builder, customer service driven, and a team player. This candidate will also have three years related work experience with a purchasing background.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders
• Cycle counting and inventory management
• Procure and Expedite materials in a timely manner
• Develop, implement, and maintain an inventory strategy that supports our company’s supply chain
• Build and manage positive vendor and supplier relationships
• Support Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience with a purchasing background
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Excellent computer skills computer skills proficient in various computer software programs (i.e. Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, VLOOKUP etc.)

Education
