Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Procurement Specialist for an onsite role in Marysville, OH. This 1-year contract offers a chance to work with automotive-industry leaders and partner with diverse teams to drive supplier selection, negotiations, and contract execution.

You will handle supplier communications, bid processes, and commercial analyses, maintaining records and ensuring timely milestones while upholding confidentiality and fairness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of procurement, sourcing, or contract administration experience, with a minimum of two years in construction procurement.
• Strong understanding of procurement requirements, supplier qualification criteria and policy-driven processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical stakeholders in a confidential environment.
• Experience with construction categories such as general contractors, civil/site work, and building systems.
• Ability to prepare sourcing summaries, RFQ/RFP packages, bid matrices, and risk/issue reports.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing activities from requirements intake through supplier recommendation and contract execution.
• Handle supplier communications, pre-bid questions, site logistics, proposal tracking, and clarifications.
• Conduct commercial analyses, prepare bid comparison matrices, evaluate proposals, and support award recommendations.
• Coordinate with legal and contract resources, support PO and contract documentation, and maintain records of decisions.
• Track open purchasing actions, stakeholder inputs, and procurement deadlines to meet milestones.
