Join Our Team as a Technical Procurement Associate!

Insight Global is partnering with a leading Facility Management client to find a Technical Procurement Associate to enhance our Procurement team. This role is pivotal in supporting daily operations within the Purchase to Pay (P2P) platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase order reconciliations and assist with minimal sourcing.
• Oversee P2P pricing and catalog management.
• Handle daily invoice reconciliations.
• Support the migration from BuySmart to Coupa.

Location: On-site three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) in either Houston, TX or Cleveland, OH.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Purchase Order management, including requisitions, documentation, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Proven ability to create 20+ POs daily or 150+ weekly.
• 3+ years of procurement/buyer experience.
• Familiarity with P2P platforms (BuySmart and/or Coupa preferred).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Oracle Cloud.
• Knowledge of Coupa or BuySmart P2P systems.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing systems.
• Fluency in Spanish.

Compensation: Hourly pay ranging from $31 to $35.
