Job summary

Infotree Global Solutions seeks a detail-oriented supply chain support professional in Hillsboro, OR. You will perform data entry, expediting POs, and monitor past due orders to ensure timely delivery.

The role covers inventory setup, issue resolution, and collaboration with the SLM team to improve data integrity and performance. Strong English communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

  • HS diploma or GED required for US candidates (BS preferred).

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry and expediting purchase orders as needed.
  • Monitor and resolve supply chain performance issues and variances.
  • Assist with inventory setup, scheduling, and supplier coordination.
  • Support optimization of supplier logistics and system improvements.

Job description

Duties include, but are not Limited to data entry, expediting POs, follow up on past due orders, issuing part numbers for new parts, inventory parts set up and management, and other activities as needed in support of the SLM team.

Other key responsibilities include monitoring and resolving various supply chain performance issues such as exceptions/variances, on hold items/inventory, purchase order fulfillment & expediting late parts/zero bin items. Addresses settlement issues, goods receipt/invoice receipt, reconciliations (including TSM/SIMI recon). Drive continuous improvement with suppliers & on-site warehouse to improve quality, data integrity and supply chain inventory health. Additional opportunity to work on optimization of supplier logistics, delivery performance and system improvements.

Required Qualifications:
  • HS diploma or GED equivalent required for US candidates. (Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business).
Skills and Competencies:
  • Multitask, prioritize responsibilities and work with different Levels of management and customers
  • Must have a good command of English -- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills & willingness to learn and collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Skills required- Outlook, Advanced Excel, Word, Teams and PowerPoint
