Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Procurement Specialist to ensure cost-effective, timely purchasing and exceptional service. You will partner with departments to manage sourcing, vendor negotiations, and contract terms across the organization.

Responsibilities include managing POs, RFPs, and supplier relationships, while tracking renewals and driving savings. Collaboration with IT on governance, security, and onboarding processes is expected, with strong emphasis on data-driven bid evaluation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
  • Demonstrated skill in dealing with vendors and external suppliers while maintaining good business relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Ability to initiate and facilitate communication, reach agreement on deliverables and timelines, and negotiate toward win/win outcomes.
  • Displayed ability to work with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills to evaluate and compare bids and make recommendations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Assist stakeholders with identifying tools to increase business effectiveness.
  • Build and manage the selection of preferred vendors and document the selection process for those vendors.
  • Source, negotiate, and engage reliable suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
  • Request for Proposals (RFPs) and contracts.
  • Evaluate purchasing trends and price trends to forecast demand and minimize costs.
  • Review existing contracts to ensure ongoing feasibility.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate payment, delivery, scheduling, and organization of purchases; place orders to ensure ongoing supply.
  • Perform risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills to evaluate and compare bids and make recommendations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).

Pay Range

USD $71,400.19 - USD $89,250.24 /Yr.
