Job summary

ACCIONA, part of SR400 Constructors, seeks a Procurement Specialist to support the SR400 Express Lanes Project in Atlanta, GA. This role will source, evaluate, and manage subcontractors and suppliers, lead RFQs, and drive cost-saving through negotiation and value engineering.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering or Quantity Surveying with 5–7 years of heavy civil procurement experience, and a track record of working with general contractors or consulting firms on infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience with a medium-to-large general contractor or consulting organization in heavy civil/ infrastructure.
• Strong negotiation, commercial, and contract management skills.

Join one of the largest transportation infrastructure projects in the United States.

ACCIONA, as part of SR400 Constructors, the joint venture delivering the $4.6 billion SR400 Express Lanes Project, is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to support this landmark project in Atlanta, Georgia.

This transformative project will add 16 miles of express lanes along the SR400 corridor, improve regional mobility, and deliver critical transportation infrastructure for the future of Georgia.

What you'll do:

• Source, prequalify, and engage subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage RFQs and tendering activities.
• Evaluate technical and commercial proposals.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support subcontract awards.
• Work closely with construction, engineering, and commercial teams.
• Drive value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience working for a medium-to-large general contractor or consulting organization, with preference given to candidates who have worked for a general contractor.
• Strong negotiation, commercial, and contract management skills.
• Experience with heavy civil, transportation, highway, or major infrastructure projects preferred.
• P3 or Design-Build experience is a plus.
