Our client, a leading industrial manufacturing and energy technology organization, seeks a Procurement & Sourcing Specialist to join the Supply Chain & Procurement team. You will support Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Quality stakeholders with strong negotiation, analytics, and communication skills.

Location is Imperial, PA with a Hybrid work model (3 days onsite). Pay is $37.23/hr. Earn exposure to strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations on large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or contract negotiations.
• Experience executing and managing purchase orders in an ERP environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and vendor negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and procurement activities for projects and supplier accounts.
• Conduct RFQs, negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with vendors.
• Issue and manage purchase orders across the procure-to-pay cycle.
• Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules; resolve issues.
• Analyze spend data to identify cost savings and process improvements.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.
