Nest is recruiting a Sourcing Specialist to support procurement activity and collaborate with Sourcing Business Partners across a range of activities. You’ll help colleagues navigate processes, handle stakeholder queries and ensure compliant, efficient procurement delivery.

The role covers tender portals, reporting, and contract administration within a dynamic team. The role offers hybrid working with Canary Wharf, London office and home working; attendance once to twice a week is expected, with

Qualifications

• Knowledge of public procurement regulations, including Managing Public Money, PCR 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders and building effective working relationships.
• Experience supporting procurement, purchasing or contract administration activities.
• Confidence using online systems and tools, including tender portals and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and an understanding of compliance requirements.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm to develop a career in procurement, sourcing and commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver core activity within the Strategic Sourcing Team.
• Support lower-value sourcing activity and manage contract variations and change controls.
• Oversee the procurement helpdesk and tender portals.
• Coordinate team reporting and documentation.
• Assist with tender processes from planning through to contract award.
• Build relationships across the organisation and help create value for Nest and members.
