Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–6 months related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Procurement and Sales.
• Provide help desk support for sales personnel.
• Research information in internal systems to respond to inquiries.
• Escalate complex questions to the Purchasing Manager.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and support interdepartmental communication.
• Ensure timely issue resolution and policy compliance.
