Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks a leadership professional for Sourcing & Procurement to drive origination, provide SME support through the sales cycle for sourcing services, and collaborate with go-to-market teams to scale offerings.

You will build trusted client relationships, run value-focused workshops, and shape opportunities, with hands-on experience in Coupa, SAP Ariba, or SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Sourcing & Procurement leadership roles.
• S2P expertise: spend analytics, category strategy, strategic sourcing.
• Contract lifecycle management and supplier risk management experience.
• Hands-on with leading S2P platforms: Coupa, SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA.
• Industry insight across 1-2 industries.
• Experience selling in a consulting environment.
• Bonus: client relationship development experience.
• Bonus: commercial & pricing acumen.
• Bonus: customer insight experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as domain strategist in driving overall Origination.
• Provide Subject Matter expertise through Sales cycle for Sourcing & Procurement services and execution.
• Work with go-to-market teams to ensure the scaled services for Sourcing & Procurement are always considered when a deal is originated.
• Create a trusted relationship with the client and understand and capture the client situation and challenges.
• Animate client workshops on value identification and solutioning.
• Build a compelling story with clients for how Accenture will partner with them to achieve the value they desire.
• As an active member of the pre-sales ecosystem, develop a winning value proposition maximizing the benefits of managed services engagement model.
• Keep elevating our managed services value proposition for Sourcing & Procurement services.
• Influence strategic direction for the type of opportunities to pursue and the appropriate approach to use for each.
• Support Solutioning, Value Architecture, Deal Structuring, TVE, pricing and contracting.
