Job summary

Archrock, a leading provider of natural gas compression services in the U.S., is seeking a procurement professional to identify part requirements, create requisitions, and manage internal purchase orders. You will work with Operations, AMS and Shops to locate parts, services, and expenses, and you may be on-call for after-hours requests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Typically at least three years of experience in procurement and/or with gas compression or similar equipment and parts.
• Good understanding of the requisition process and supplier communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify part requirements and create requisitions for parts, services, or expenses.
• Search item availability across Local Subs, Business Unit, Region and ODC prior to submitting requisition.
• Create and track approved internal requisitions for parts, services or expenses.
• Respond to after-hours requests on a on-call basis.
