Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is hiring an Associate Procurement Quality Manager to qualify and manage supplier partners delivering critical equipment and services for data center projects. You will implement APQP, drive corrective actions, and monitor supplier performance across manufacturing and field operations.

The role requires collaboration with Procurement, Engineering, Construction, and Operations teams, along with travel up to 25% to supplier sites for assessments and tests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in a manufacturing quality role.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Experience with root cause analysis (8D, DMAIC, Fishbone).
• Supplier quality in low-volume, high-mix environments.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with APQP/PPAP/DFMEA.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee qualification, development, and performance management of supplier partners.
• Lead APQP, corrective action management, and root cause analysis across supply chain.
• Monitor supplier quality, delivery, and warranty metrics; verify CAPA effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Construction, and Operations teams.
• Support factory and field assessments and facilitate lessons learned.
