Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain management or related field with a procurement or contract management focus.

Responsibilities
Oversee procurement strategy, execution, and quality control across projects.
Ensure implementation of the Three-Phase Control Process in accordance with company standards.
