Job summary

Hendrick Health seeks a procurement support analyst to assist in financial analysis for products and equipment, coordinate vendor contracts, and load new contracts into the procurement system and GPO catalog. Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 1 Year of work experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computerized spreadsheets and data analysis tools.
• Ability to navigate external websites and applications to access data.
• Maintain electronic contract/price files and assist in procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing financial analysis on product/equipment.
• Coordinate and maintain vendor contracts and loading of new contracts into the procurement system and GPO price catalog.
• Design and maintain reports from the procurement system to monitor and drive compliance.
• Serve as a pricing advocate between hospitals, group purchasing organization and vendors.
• Collaborate with others and participate in meetings as required.
• Prioritize workflow and perform work as assigned by the senior analyst.
