Job summary

NWS is seeking a Procurement Supervisor to lead our procurement team in Greensboro, NC. You will supervise a team of Procurement Specialists, oversee daily purchasing activities, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

This role partners with stakeholders and suppliers to meet business needs through effective purchasing practices. The position emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in procurement or supply chain operations.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP, procurement, purchasing, or inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily procurement operations and a team of Procurement Specialists.
• Monitor PO creation, tracking, and supplier follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and procedures.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance and service levels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet business needs.
