Job summary

LTD Lane Transit District is seeking a Procurement Supervisor to lead the procurement staff and coordinate daily operations. The role ensures high-value procurements comply with policies and state/federal requirements, reporting to the Director of Procurement.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, guiding procurement processes, and maintaining audit-ready files while promoting fair, ethical practices across vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Progressively responsible experience in procurement/purchasing (4+ years).
• Associate degree in business, public administration, supply chain, accounting, or finance.
• Public sector or federally funded procurement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Procurement staff and manage performance.
• Oversee daily procurement operations, assign work, and monitor workflow for timely completion.
• Lead or support solicitation development, vendor negotiations, and contract actions.
• Ensure audit-ready procurement files and records; support DBE compliance.
