Clark Associates in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist to manage inventory across our network and own pricing execution. This full-time, hybrid-friendly role supports inventory excellence and strategic planning across multiple channels.

The role requires 2–5 years in pricing, procurement, or analytics, with strong Excel and Power BI skills, and collaboration with Merchants to optimize cost-to-serve and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in pricing, procurement, finance, or analytics.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to troubleshoot problems independently.
• Understanding of supply chain or procurement functions and how day-to-day decisions impact inventory and fulfillment performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with reporting tools; ability to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Helps develop & achieve inventory management & strategic inventory planning goals.
• Independently manages daily inventory maintenance & day-to-day decision making.
• Lead the execution of pricing strategies aligned with organizational goals for revenue, margin, and growth.
• Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to streamline pricing initiatives.
