Working alongside Procurement and Supply Chain professionals, you will assist with purchasing processes, supplier coordination, data analysis, and contract-related activities while developing a strong foundation in procurement and strategic sourcing.## ## Key Responsibilities* Support procurement activities related to purchasing materials, equipment, and services.* Assist with supplier communication, sourcing projects, and purchasing processes.* Help analyze purchasing data, supplier performance, and cost trends.* Support contract administration, documentation, and procurement records management.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help meet business and operational requirements.* Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.## ## Must Have Skills* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Good organizational skills and attention to detail.* Effective written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.* Interest in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or business operations.## ## Preferred Education and Experience* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.* Experience through coursework, projects, internships, or extracurricular activities involving procurement, supply chain, data analysis, or business operations.* Familiarity with purchasing processes, supplier management, or contract administration is a plus.* Experience working with data analysis, reporting tools, or enterprise systems is beneficial.*For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
