FlatironDragados seeks a Procurement Officer for the SR400 Express Lanes project in Atlanta. You will source materials, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with procurement policies to support project teams and budgets.

Join a major public-private partnership delivering one of the largest roadway projects in the United States. This role emphasizes analytics, contract support, and cross-functional collaboration with a focus on timely, cost-effective procurement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or Construction Management.
• 1+ year of construction experience.
• Introductory knowledge of Microsoft Office; JD Edwards E1 World a plus.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and accurately.
• Strong communication of project plans and actions.
• Team player who can work independently to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Qualifies and evaluates vendors for recommendation to the Procurement Manager or others for use on projects.
• Communicates and enforces procurement policies and procedures to the district and project teams.
• Collects and maintains procurement analytics, reporting and deliverables.
• Maintains the records of goods ordered and received; supports Accounts Payable reconciliation.
• Helps in the creation and negotiation of contracts under supervision.

Join the $4.6B SR 400 Express Lanes project in Atlanta—one of the largest roadway projects in the United States—delivered through a public-private partnership led by FlatironDragados and ACCIONA.

What You Will Be Doing

• Qualifies and evaluates vendors of materials, subcontractors, and service providers for recommendation to the Procurement Manager or others for use on projects.
• Communicates and enforces procurement policies and procedures to the district and project teams.
• Collects and maintains procurement analytics, reporting and deliverables.
• Maintains the records of goods ordered and received; supports Accounts Payable reconciliation.
• Helps in the creation and negotiation of contracts under the supervision and guidance of a procurement manager.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business , Supply Chain or Construction Management required.
• 1+ year related construction experience preferred.
• Introductory knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel) with general knowledge of database utilization. JD Edwards E1 World experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
• Able to identify, track and communicate project plan steps and actions.
• Team player with the ability to also work independently to meet fixed deadlines, goals and objectives.
