PositionSummary

A growing, internationalbuilding products distributor is seeking a hands‑on Procurement, Materials& Logistics Coordinator to manage the complete procurement cycle.Serving as a key operational link between suppliers, warehouses, carriers, andfinance, this role ensures optimal material availability, cost control, andsupply chain visibility using SAP.

KeyResponsibilities

• Procurement & SAP Operations: Create and trackpurchase orders, manage goods receipts/invoice validations, and performGR/IR reconciliations in SAP.
• Inventory & Planning: Monitor stocklevels, track lead times, anticipate replenishment needs, and mitigateshortages.
• Logistics & Supplier Management: Coordinate 3PLs,carriers, and warehouses. Evaluate supplier performance and negotiatepricing, lead times, and freight terms.
• Financial & Process Control: Analyze logisticsand purchasing costs to identify savings while supporting processimprovements.

KeyRequirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–6 years of hands‑on experience in procurement,materials management, inventory, or logistics.
• Industry Background: Manufacturing, industrial/building products,construction materials, or product distribution strongly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Practical, hands‑on experience using SAP MM (PO creation, inventory management, GR/IR).
• Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable operatingin a fast-paced, direct, and results-focused culture.
• Location & Work Authorization: Must be able to work100% on-site in Savannah, GA. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
