Job summary

Bayer AG invites Masters’ students to join its Procurement Masters Intern program in the United States. You will engage in real procurement projects across Bayer’s organization, gaining hands-on exposure to sourcing, purchasing, and procurement systems.

As an intern, you will present yourself at program start and deliver an internship summary at the end, with coaching and networking opportunities throughout the internship.

Qualifications

• Current first-year Master’s student (MBA or similar).
• Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability.
• Strong collaboration across cultures to achieve goals.
• Travel domestically 1–2 times over the summer.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support or leadership on real procurement projects.
• Support areas like Marketing, Logistics, Direct Materials, and more.
• Attend weekly debriefs with the Intern class and program lead.
• Travel as needed to support project work.
• Drive decision making through analysis and stakeholder meetings.
• Develop procurement-centric solutions and project management.
• Deliver two presentations: self and internship summary.
