Job summary

Bayer in Creve Coeur, Missouri invites a Procurement Masters Intern who is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in MBA or an equivalent program. You will engage in real procurement projects across the organization, gaining exposure to Sourcing, Purchasing, systems, and processes while building a network within Bayer.

Expect to present at program start and end, travel domestically as needed, and develop procurement expertise through coaching, feedback, and hands-on project work.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a first-year Master's (MBA or equivalent).
• Willingness to travel domestically 1-2 times during the summer.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability in projects.
• Strong ability to build partnerships and collaborate across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and/or leadership on real procurement projects.
• Support procurement areas such as Marketing, Logistics, Direct Materials, and more.
• Attend weekly debriefs with the Intern class and program lead.
• Travel as needed to support projects and supplier meetings.
• Drive decisions through analysis and stakeholder interactions.
• Develop procurement-centric solutions and project management.
