The Procurement Manager - Sales & POS is a strategic sourcing role responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement of all sales enablement and POS materials that support Skechers' retail and wholesale operations. This individual will drive the sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management of all customer-facing and sales-supporting materials - including in-store displays, promotional signage, product packaging, shelf talkers, banners, catalogs, look books, and digital POS assets - ensuring brand consistency, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery across all sales channels. The role requires deep procurement expertise, a strong understanding of print and display production, and close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Retail Operations teams to align procurement activities with Skechers seasonal campaigns and commercial objectives. This is a high-impact procurement role that directly influences Skechers' brand visibility and sales performance.
The pay range for this position is $125,000-$165,000/yr USD.
