Position Summary

The Procurement Manager will oversee procurement operations across our organization, ensuring the timely, cost-effective sourcing of supplies, equipment, and services. You’ll strategically manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and align sourcing decisions with operational and financial goals. This remote role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, exceptional negotiation skills, and a keen eye for process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and administer procurement policies and procedures to support operational efficiencies.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and purchase orders, including price, terms, volume discounts, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Operations, Finance, Service, QA) to forecast and fulfill supply needs.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and reports in procurement systems.
  • Monitor and improve supplier performance metrics (delivery, quality, cost control).
  • Analyze spending trends and identify cost-saving or process improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and any relevant regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; CPSM or similar procurement certification .
