Alliance Technical Group is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead Procurement Coordinators and oversee day-to-day purchasing across the United States and Canada. The role ensures timely, policy-compliant buy operations, supports capital purchasing, and partners with Finance and Accounts Payable.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in a related field, 7+ years in procurement, and 3+ years of leadership, with strong negotiation, ERP, and Excel skills. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 7 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain; at least 3 years leading a team.
• Experience negotiating pricing/terms with suppliers and using an ERP/procurement system.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills; proficient in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal customers and suppliers.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily purchasing operations; assign workload and ensure PO accuracy and approvals.
• Serve as escalation point for requisitioners and suppliers on issues, delays, and policy questions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, Authority Matrix, and approval workflows; maintain SOPs.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers; obtain quotes and negotiate terms for routine purchases.
• Partner with Accounts Payable to resolve match exceptions and invoicing issues.
• Track and report team KPIs (PO cycle time, open/unreceived POs, savings) to the Director.
• Support CapEx purchasing, supplier coordination, and tracking of approved capital purchases.
• Assist mergers and acquisitions activities; onboard acquired sites to ATG suppliers and processes.
• Lead or support sourcing events, supplier consolidation, and process improvements.
